If you have purchased anything with a payment card online, you have most likely had your card processed by Stripe, whose payment processing system sits on large and small sites across the globe. They don’t just meet security standards… they set security standards which competitors try to look up to. I’ve invested heavily to ensure your data and payment information is entirely secure.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe while ThriveCart host your order information such as name, email, product, amount, etc., even allowing you to securely update payment details, or cancel anytime, within your login area.

I do not offer the ability to pay via PayPal. We’ve learned the hard way that PayPal doesn’t provide an acceptable system for our team to properly support your recurring payment account with them. I want to ensure we can always support you properly and safely which we can do through our multiple other payment options above. I’m sorry for any felt inconvenience this causes. This really is in your best interest.

The Heart To Freedom membership program is by definition, a subscription which you pay to be part of until such time as you choose freely to stop being a member. Unlike a course which has an end date and set price, this membership program keeps having new content added regularly. Payments reflect this difference with a set recurring payment structure, in order to keep on bringing you great content to impact your life positively.

If a future payment fails (due to card expiry or lack of funds, for example), further automatic attempts will be made to take the payment (over a few days) and you will be sent a series of emails to help resolve things. Moving forward, payments would continue on the usual schedule. If attempts to recover a payment were not successful, membership access would sadly be revoked. Because of how our technology works, I would be unable to reinstate this billing for you, or refund payments already made. However, you would be welcome to re-join again at the next opportunity when Heart To Freedom is open to new members.

I do believe we value what costs us and investing in our spiritual life is important, but I don’t believe going into debt is okay. If you cannot afford this right now, I stand with you in agreement for our God of breakthrough to be with you.

Anyone who is legally of age (18+), is welcome to become a Heart To Freedom member. Anyone 13-17 years old may join only with the full permission and support of your parent(s), or legal guardian.

You may join from any country around the world, as the membership program is online. The entire program is in the English language.

Ensure you’ll have access to the internet and are able to stream video sucessfully on it, (such as watch a YouTube video). You will also likely wish to have access to a printer, for traceables and pdf workbooks.

While this ministry is not a tech support center, we do have great help documentation. It is advised that you gauge your technical proficiency with logging into websites and consuming content, to understand if this program is something you will be able to engage with online.

Videos have Closed Caption added within a few days of videos becoming available. However, no live sessions are able to be streamed live with closed captioning as technology cannot predict what will be spoken.

You must be able to pay using one of the many payment methods accepted.

I do my best to ensure basic entry skills are taught before offering more intermediate and advanced instruction, so any spiritual background and creative skill levels can feel welcome. With the nature of a membership program, sometimes fresh content will feel directly what you need and other times you will be stretched, or wish to focus on other content for what makes sense to your personal journey. It’s part of what makes this experience unique.

I am unable to promise what supplies or techniques I’ll teach, as this membership program will always have fresh new content available. With this in mind, know that you can adapt or skip anything you’d rather not learn and there is a growing and wide range of exciting techniques. There is careful planning months in advance to ensure you have the best learning experience possible and are exposed to a range of what will help support your spiritual growth and creative joy along the way.

I share about products which I can locate predominantely in the USA and UK and surrounding areas. However, you are welcome to participate with what you have and to adapt and seek out your own local solutions. Just know that I’ll be unable to support the use of products I am unfamiliar with. I will do my best to advise however I can and our wonderful private community who are located around the world, will be a great resource to you as well.

Directly after joining the membership, you will be able to log into your account and get started! You’ll be walked through each step. (If you have purchased a course from me before, be sure to join with your account email to group your purchases within the same account.)

To access your membership account, you will need any up-to-date desktop, or mobile device to login online and an internet connection suitable for watching video. You’ll simply show up, login and enjoy! I’ve worked hard to make this membership user-friendly and think you’ll love it!

The community forum is right where the membership is located on the “Grow site”, so no need to have a Facebook account.

All live events are hosted on zoom, (a free software easily downloaded). Live Q&A’s are recorded for watching later. 

You must not unsubscribe from Rebekah R Jones emails, or membership emails will no longer be sent to you.

Upon completing your initial payment, you will receive your welcome email to help you get started! Once logged in you’ll navigate to the “Member Hub” where you’ll find easy access to everything you need.

You never lose access to any content once it is made available unless you cancel your membership. At this point, you would only have access to what you downloaded prior to canceling your membership.

One of your first action steps as a new member is to take the member quiz (in the Member Hub), which will help me provide you with personalized guidance on where in the membership you’ll most benefit focusing on first. The carefully developed Growth Roadmap will help you to grow with focus and fun. You can also dive in at the deep end and enjoy whatever you want in any order. This is your journey.

Each month a new course is released on the 1st Monday of the month. With over 20 courses already available, there is something for you at all times, no matter what part of the Growth Roadmap you are on.

Community Forum

Connect and grow together anytime in our private forum, available immediately upon logging in your first time. This forum is on the member site itself and entirely private.

Bonus Library

The Bonus Library has trainings, traceables, resources, as well as mentoring. It is PACKED with nearly every traceable I’ve ever created… with hours of bonus video training and even bonus 101 courses.

These extra resources are available immediately upon logging in your first time, to further enrich your spiritual and creative growth. Expect surprises to pop up now and then!

Live Sessions

Live events are designed to be optional, so you do not need to be available to get what you need from the membership, but they will greatly enrich your experience if you’re able to join. We typically have a couple of live events each month which are hosted on zoom. We rotate event date scheduling to give everyone a chance to attend. The Q&A sessions are recorded and anyone can submit questions ahead if unable to attend.

A new course is added to Heart To Freedom on the 1st Monday of each month. The bonus library has no set schedule, but this is often when new bonus library content is also added.

We also have optional live Q&A sessions and small group meetings. These are held regularly in the week on varying times and days to help everyone have opportunities to join in who wishes to.

Once published, content remains available to access any time, for all active paying members.

I know you may not have “all the things” and that is okay!

You will need a few things to get the most out of our time together and you are welcome to make do with what you have and simply adapt as need be.

As Heart To Freedom is a membership program with a heavy focus on Bible art journaling, I’d suggest that you have a Journaling Bible. I often refer to this as a “working Bible”, where we work out our relationship with God creatively.

I’d recommend that you also have a few creative supplies which you enjoy creating with, or want to learn more about. (We’ll cover a range of techniques and supplies in the program!)

With such a heavy empasis on spiritual growth, you’ll find it necessary to have a Bible which is easy for you to read and understand and if you’d prefer, a different Bible for studying the Word.

In short, you should have:

• Journaling Bible (for creatively recording your journey)
• Reading Bible (to understand the Word with simplicity)
• Study Bible (to learn from)

These can all be the same Bible, or different ones. I prefer the ESV Journaling Bible for its design which suits my creative process. I love to read the Passion Translation and New Living Translation Bibles for seeing the Word in fresh ways. I prefer to study from the New American Standard Bible (NASB) translation as it’s translated directly from the original languages and is great for ensuring accurate study.

Any other supplies or resources you see me recommend in the membership program, you can pick up as and when suits you!

Let’s assume that you know that Jesus loves you and you also know which end of a pencil has an eraser. Beyond that, you’re qualified with all the experience and skill required to start!

I’ll teach you everything you need to know and if something feels too basic for you, then you’ll be sure to enjoy the more intermediate and advanced stuff which I show our membership family how to do also. There will be something for everyone as we go!
